Payment deadline: 7 days. The total is fully paid only when every share has been paid. A payment link is not a guarantee that your accommodation dates are held for that period—please confirm the date hold with us before starting a group payment.
If someone cannot pay by the deadline, contact us before it expires so we can discuss the remaining balance and your booking. Do not assume an unpaid share is automatically cancelled or refunded.

Before you book
How many people are the prices based on?
Both packages are based on 10 guests sharing the accommodation. At our lowest nightly rate, two nights totals $2,499 for the group; three nights totals $3,599. Both totals include the $299 cleaning fee. For a different group size, contact us for a quote.
Is late checkout included?
Yes. Both the two-night Country Escape and three-night Slow Stay include late checkout on your departure day. Please confirm your checkout time with us when booking.
What is the minimum stay?
A minimum stay of two nights applies. Choose the three-night slow stay if you would like longer to unwind.
What can we enjoy during our stay?
Both packages include access to the pool, wood-fired mineral spa, wood-fired pizza oven and wood-fired smoker. Enjoy relaxed meals together, country views and evenings by the fire pit. Meals and ingredients are not included. Seasonal Welcome Bouquets are optional at $30 each.
Can we split the payment?
Yes. Choose Split Payment in your cart before checkout. Payment links have a seven-day deadline; please confirm your date hold with us before starting, as the payment deadline is not a guaranteed accommodation hold.
