Blue Fattoria is a working farm, farm stay and event destination set amongst the beautiful countryside of the Northern Rivers.

The property combines rustic accommodation, open farm spaces, gardens and outdoor areas with the relaxed atmosphere of genuine country life.

It’s a place to slow down, spend time together and enjoy the simple things.

Where is Blue Fattoria?

Blue Fattoria is located in the Northern Rivers of NSW, within easy reach of Lismore, Byron Bay, Ballina, Kyogle, Nimbin and Casino.

The property offers a peaceful rural escape while still being close enough to explore the region's beaches, towns, markets, waterfalls and national parks.

Do you offer farm stay accommodation?

Yes.

Our accommodation includes beautifully restored rustic spaces including the old stables and farm shed, creating a comfortable country stay with plenty of character.

Our accommodation is booked as one private group stay for up to 10 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 6 beds and 4 bathrooms. A minimum stay of two nights applies.

Can we book the whole property?

Our standard accommodation booking is a private group stay for up to 10 guests. Event spaces and wider property access are arranged separately; accommodation does not automatically include exclusive use of the entire working farm.

For larger groups, celebrations, weddings or special occasions, get in touch with us to discuss your requirements and the spaces available.

Is Blue Fattoria family friendly?

Absolutely.

There is plenty of room for children to explore, animals to meet, gardens to wander through and outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Blue Fattoria is designed to be somewhere families can spend time together, get outdoors and experience a little taste of country life.

What animals are on the property?

Blue Fattoria is a working rural property, so there is plenty of life around the farm.

Depending on the season and what's happening on the property, guests may see cattle, horses, chickens and other farm animals.

There may also be opportunities for children to pat or feed some of the animals.

Can children interact with the animals?

We love giving guests the opportunity to experience farm life.

Animal interaction is subject to the animals, weather and farm conditions and may need to be supervised. Children must always be supervised by an adult around farm animals.

Is Blue Fattoria a working farm?

Yes.

This is a real working farm, not a farm-themed resort.

You may see animals, farm machinery and everyday agricultural activity during your stay. We think that's part of the charm.

What facilities are available?

Multi-day stays may also be available depending on availability.

Can we have an outdoor event?

Can we have a fire?

The fire pit can be enjoyed when weather conditions and local fire restrictions allow.

For everyone's safety, fires must always be used responsibly and in accordance with local regulations.

Is Blue Fattoria pet friendly?

As Blue Fattoria is a working property with farm animals, pets may be subject to certain conditions.

What can I buy at the Blue Fattoria farm stall?

Our roadside farm stall currently offers fresh seasonal flowers.

Our goal is to provide fresh, locally sourced farm products directly from Blue Fattoria to our local community.

What is there to do nearby?

The Northern Rivers is full of places to explore.

Visit Byron Bay and the region's beaches, explore Nimbin and the surrounding countryside, discover local markets and country towns, or head into the nearby national parks, waterfalls and rainforest.

Or simply stay at the farm, swim, relax and do absolutely nothing.

Sometimes that's the whole point.

What should I bring for a farm stay?

We recommend comfortable clothing, suitable footwear for a country property, swimwear, sunscreen and anything else you'd normally pack for a relaxed country escape.

If you're staying in one of our accommodation spaces, we'll provide the specific information you need before arrival.

How do I book a farm stay?

Choose your preferred dates and accommodation through our booking page, or contact us directly if you have questions about your stay.

What is included in the starting package price?

The two-night getaway starts at $2,499 for the group ($249.90 each with 10 guests), including one $299 cleaning fee. The three-night getaway starts at $3,599 ($359.90 each with 10 guests). Rates vary by date. Both packages include late checkout—confirm your departure time when booking. Welcome and Departure Bouquets are optional at $30 each.

Can our group split the payment?

Choose Split Payment in your cart before checkout, enter each person’s email address and share of the total, and follow the payment instructions. Your group receives individual payment links.

Payment deadline: 7 days. The total is fully paid only when every share has been paid. A payment link is not a guarantee that your accommodation dates are held for that period—please confirm the date hold with us before starting a group payment.

If someone cannot pay by the deadline, contact us before it expires so we can discuss the remaining balance and your booking. Do not assume an unpaid share is automatically cancelled or refunded.

How do I enquire about a wedding or event?

Get in touch with us through the website with your preferred date, approximate guest numbers and the type of event you're planning.

We'll then be able to discuss the available spaces, accommodation and options for your event.
